Our Streamline Utility Bench (WBUBS) is an economical and easy to use F.I.D. Bench that has multiple fixed adjustments for incline, decline and flat. Lighter than the Workbench F.I.D. Bench (WBUB), yet Strong and stable, the WBUBS is a great stand alone option for any home gym. The Streamline FID bench is a stand alone bench and will not take additional accessories.
