  Versatility  The adjustable height of each squat stand ranges, enabling you to squat or bench, regardless if you are 5′ tall or 6’5″ tall. Starting at a height of 15″, the bar catches even allow you to bench off the floor without a bench.

  Stability  Heavy Duty Frame, Olympic bar jhook/catches easily allowing lifters to rack the weight. Lower static bar catches/spotter arms support.

ADJUSTABLE SAFETY CATCH
